Disability Care / Therapists: Happy Baby

Little League In Home Care is a child focused service providing a range of individualised support services for children, youth and parent’s with a disability.  With a background in Early Education and Care, our services are child focused.

If you or your child has recently transitioned to the NDIS you may benefit from Little League services.

Little League support workers are able to assist you in the home and in the community with a range of needs. These include:

Daily care and personal activities - self care and routines within the home to meet your child’s goals or your own parenting goals if you are a parent with a disability.

Household support - Support to maintain the family home. For example, light housework, cleaning or meal preparation.

Integration and transition to school or other education programs - A Little League support worker can accompany your child in education programmes to ensure their individual needs are met, while liaising with the family, school staff and other therapists to ensure your child receives the best possible experience in the group setting.

Participation in community and social activities - A Little League support worker may assist yourself or your child to engage in the community and social activities.  Support can vary to match your goals.  For example, to participate in groups or events, engage with others or learn a new route or public transport system.

Please contact us to discuss your individual goals.
