As a family run business with 20 years experience in the child care industry your child is our focus. We understand that quality, affordable child care for your child is vital.
Unlike many other In Home Care and Nanny services Little League has a history in the Government regulated and accredited Long Day Care Industry. Our office staff understand the child care industry and are up-to-date with the industry changes towards the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework. Years of experience in managing relationships has also helped us to understand the need for a cohesive three way relationship between the family, carer and coordination team.
After running a Long Day Care centre for 20 years, in 2012 the decision was made to move away from Long Day Care and focus primarily on the upcoming field of In Home Child Care.
Our primary aims are:
- Superior care for your children
- Superior service for your ease
- Superior support for our staff
Little League believes that a child’s experiences and attitudes learnt during his or her initial formative years, build the foundation for future education. Therefore, our qualified and responsive staff form positive relationships with children and guide each child’s learning experiences by role modeling and encouragement. Through interaction in this positive environment, the children become independent self-confident learners.
At Little League we are devoted to provide the highest possible standard of care and education for your child.
Little League's in home child carers, educators and nannies are passionate about children and their development. Our warm hearted and caring staff are trained to understand the individual needs of each child in their care.
At little league we are committed to professional and personal development of our staff. Staff are involved in variety of training opportunities from hands on training to professional presentations and further study.
